According to a recent World Economic Forum study, it will take approximately another 100 years to achieve gender parity. The good news is that while still slow, the trend is moving in the right direction in the United States. The question now is, if this is the trend nationally, what might it look like in animal health, where the face of our customer doesn’t always match the industry? We invited a panel of animal health industry leaders to discuss the study results and how to make progress to close the gender gap moving forward.
