The pace of workplace change is accelerating. Adaptability is consistently ranked as the #1 in-demand skill. It's clear we need to adapt to thrive, but the deeper question is: can we practice adaptability in a way that leaves us energized rather than depleted?
This program will unlock a level of fun most don’t think possible when learning leaving participants with:
● A deeper understanding of adaptability and why it is a critical future-ready skill ● Micro-practices for collaborating effectively in environments of rapid change and uncertainty ● Positive shared experiences and a deeper appreciation of each other

Hayley Kellett has been helping people of all ages harness the transformative power of applied improvisation in a fun, supportive and inclusive environment for over a decade. Hayley is a recipient of Guelph, Ontario’s Top 40 Under 40 award (2017), a Canadian Comedy Award Nominee (2015), a YMCA-YWCA Guelph Woman of Distinction (2018) and was recently nominated for a Guelph LGBT2QI+ Community Award.
